Machinery Exporters’ Association (MAIB) organized the "Canada Machinery Sectoral Trade Mission” with the coordination of Ministry of Trade in Toronto between 10th and 14th of June. 

8 Turkish companies attended the mission held in Hotel X Toronto by Library Hotel Collection and totally 55 B2B meetings realized with 24 Canadian companies during the programme. Our Consul General in Toronto, Mr. Can Yoldaş, and Commercial Attaché of Türkiye in Toronto, Ms. Merve Orhan İnan, accompanied our delegation throughout and after the meetings. On the otherhand, an interview was given by MAIB Vice Chairman Sevda Kayhan Yılmaz to make news about our sector and the delegation in Canada.
 
On Wednesday, June 12, Fabtech Canada Fair (Toronto, 11-13 June 2024) was visited and contacts were made by both our Association officials and our companies. On the same day, Brampton Chamber of Commerce was visited by MAİB Vice Chairman Sevda Kayhan Yılmaz, along with our Commercial Attaché Ms. Merve Orhan İnan and Machinery Dept. Manager Ms. Mehtap Önal, and information was provided about the Turkish Machinery Sector and cooperation opportunities were discussed.
